And when everything went to hell back home, Ryuji shed off caring about pretty much anything for a good long while. It was enough to earn him a bloody nose and bruised fists pretty quickly. His rap sheet grew from the track star who punched his coach in the face to the violent, vulgar boy that everyone should avoid. He liked that. Kept people out.
He leans heavily on his strong foot, which is definitely a sign of where he's absolutely the weakest, but on Yang's command, he's in it. He's trying to throw a punch, and unlike their sumo match before, he's actually trying.
A few hooks in, he realizes that his swing is a little wide, and tightens in, but he definitely needs a good deal of work.]

[She can tell he had no formal training like she did but that he had enough combat experience to pick up on some things naturally. It makes her curious what kind of life he had in his world but... that didn't really matter here.]
