let's kill her

Considering what Mary Smythe did back in Gallipoli, can I get some preliminary odds for taking her down? Assuming Mhic Nathair has the same face as she she did back there, Ryuji would recognize her from all the time he spent as a medic/working in those tents, and remembers incredibly well the betrayal of one of the nurses that slit the soldiers' throats (he and 9S tried to save one). Probably enough to have a personal vendetta against her.
Few thoughts here; I'm just spitballing some ideas.
1. I'm completely willing to accept Ryuji's death as an outcome, hell, even encouraging it to be honest
2. He would probably try to rally some people to do it with him, so it might not be alone (assuming, here, that she'd never step foot in the arena).
3. Assuming that, okay, maybe a full frontal assassination mission might not be very viable, what about the metaverse? If that's on the table, he'd like to go in there and steal her heart (probably harder, all things considered), or outright skip the mechanic altogether of trying to rehabilitate her into feeling remorse for what she did, and just completely damage the cornerstone of her psyche enough to cause massive instability (known as a mental shutdown in P5- it usually ends with the person committing suicide).
Or if any of this is completely out of scope and off the table because there's plans for her, that's cool too. I imagine Ryuji would still like to try (see #1).
Mod Response:
So! While we completely encourage this kind of plot, this isn't the thread for it; this thread is for filling out the textarea and getting rolls on if your character dies in the arena battles. What you're asking for is more akin to a player plot, which you can put on the above linked player plot page, or up in the general questions if you'd prefer to keep it all on the same page. That all said, I REALLY REALLY REALLY encourage you to go through with it, there are definitely a lot of ways to go about it, and it may be something that could have serious effect on the plot later down the line.
All we'd need from you is:
-Who is involved.
-What's their method of attack / extraction / whatever?
-What's their ultimate goal?
-Do you want any outcomes rng'd by us (and if so, what)?
Feel free to stick that in either of the linked spaces and we'll get back to you asap.

DISCUSSION
Possible Success Conditions:
-Killing outright
-Changing her heart
-Corrupting her heart
Notes:
-Vote to straight up kill: Mordred, Mamoru
-Vote for stealing hearts: Rey, Jon
In our team comp, we have:
-Brute physical: Mordred, Mamoru, Jon
-Magical: Rey, Ryuji (not... very good at it...)
-Tactical: Mamoru, 9S
-Technical: 9S, and to some degree, Ryuji
So what thoughts do you guys have?
Some things I thought about, potentially. Feel free to offer other ideas or expand on stuff, it's collaborative and as imaginative as you guys want it to be. All I know is that from a character perspective, Ryuji won't be able to sit still knowing who she is. He wants to take do something about it, almost as a means of closure for the stuff that happened back in Gallipoli. Truthfully speaking, he's being super reckless lately and maybe a success or failure here might smack some sense into him to actually care for himself more/think about the long-term rather than short. For you guys, whatever your motivations are, I'm sure it'll provide a chance for good character growth as well, and some good CR for future stuff.
That said, here are some ideas. Let me know what you think:
-We just try and corner her and her shabti, but only after we've strategized a way to particularly single her out and get her away from the Regency goons. Perhaps a successful message hack or brain hack to make sure she's at the right place at the right time.
-We go into the metaverse as a group and take on her palace. If the mission is a success, we can just straight out steal her heart and cause a chance in personality that might lead to her defection to COST. If we have some mixed results, we can go into the palace and cause a mental shutdown which leads to her potential death. If everything goes to hell, we get kicked out of the palace and she knows what we tried to do.
-We try a hybrid approach where 4 members go into the palace, working under the Metaverse strategy. The remaining 2 members confront/corner her in the real world and provide extraction.
-Alternatively, we kidnap her and then begin metaverse shenanigans
What type of RNG rolls would you like to see?

9S will, of course, volunteer his hacking abilities. He should know by this point that he's capable of doing this with Regency operatives, but would note that this is single target. His hacking interface is also something only he'd perceive in the physical world, and mostly lets him do things like impair/hijack physical functions (stop punching yourself, etc) or access memories or even control targets.
The latter only applies to less sophisticated entities however. Can't conveniently blow her up either I assume. But he'd offer this up. As for a plan of attack, he'd suggest isolating their target and having control over whatever environment they're in if at all possible. An ambush once they've learned her routine or so; he could suggest that he and Jon do some recon to this effect, since he's seen Jon mention his vocation.
From there, well. 9S isn't a leader type, and he'd absolutely defer to his human allies here. Just know he's ready and willing to be reckless and hack away. Also after the medical tent massacre in Gallipoli he's similarly motivated. Lived that carnage with Ryuji and all.

And of course, if 9S wants to be a part of Team A and confront Mhic Nathair straight on, we can adjust the teams.
Or if he wants to be an elite Team C who works as a conduit between the two (floating in and out between, or whatever your idea is), that'd be cool too!
